Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

We are looking forward to you joining us for Mother's Day Sunrise Yoga! Class will be held at the HGTV Overlook where we will watch the sunrise over the Smoky Mountains and Lake Loudon. Class will be an hour long and is for all yoga levels. Bring a yoga mat and water. Please stay after for a free coffee from the Treetop Coffee truck! Parking is available on either side of the HGTV Overlook and above at the Parks and Recreation office.
